Securities Offenses: Sheinman-Negev-Niv has
special expertise in securities offenses – fraud

including the Opmat, Melisron, IDB and Psagot
cases.
Financial-Criminal and Tax Offenses: The firm

The Partners
Navit Negev – Senior Partner, she is one of
Israel’s most prominent white collar criminal
lawyers. Born in 1966, a Graduate (cum laude)
of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a
Tel Aviv University Master of Laws (cum laude).
She has practiced white collar criminal law for
over 25 years, and has an impressive list of
legal achievements. She is highly trusted by
the courts, widely respected by her profession-
al peers and by businesspeople. Navit Negev
has handled large-scale, complex, critical and
precedent-setting white-collar criminal trials in
all the country’s courts – Magistrates, District
and the Supreme Court.
Iris Niv-Sabag – Senior Partner, she is one
of Israel’s outstanding white collar criminal
lawyers. Born in 1973, a Law Graduate (cum
laude) of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem,
she has worked in the firm for 19 years and
is highly experienced in white-collar litigation.
At 36, Adv. Niv-Sabag was ranked as one of
the “40 most promising people” in The Marker
magazine (2009), and at 39, she was listed in
the “40 up to 40” rankings in Globes G maga-
zine (2011), and the “Best There Is” listings
in Maariv (2013) and Channel 10 (2014). Iris
Niv-Sabag has earned substantial professional
appreciation from the courts and peers and
conducts large-scale cases in all courts. Adv.
Niv-Sabag lectures in advanced courses to di-
rectors, accountants and lawyers.
Dan Sheinman – The firm’s founder and senior
partner. Born in 1943 and a lawyer for nearly 40
years, Dan Sheinman is one of the best known
and esteemed criminal lawyers in Israel. He lec-
tured for many years at the Law faculties in Tel
Aviv and Bar Ilan Universities and the College
of Management, and nowadays lectures at the
Herzliya Interdisciplinary Center. Dan Sheinman
is a prominent lecturer at professional confer-
ences of judges, lawyers, seminars and many
other forums. In recent years, he consults for
the firm on its cases, and contributes his rich
and unique knowledge and experience.
