rael’s leading boutique firms in the

field of Criminal Law. For over 20 years

the firm has specialized in legal consultancy

and representation for suspects and accused

in Criminal Law, White Collar Offenses, Disciplin-

ary Proceedings, and serious criminal cases. The

two partners, Ofer Bartal and Dov Gilad Cohen

have rich experience in consulting, representing

and court litigations in the entire spectrum of

criminal offenses, and disciplinary charges in

public service and more. The firm’s staff pos-

sesses multidisciplinary knowhow in economic,

civil and commercial law such as securities, an-

titrust, cyber, protection of privacy and copy-

Classic Criminal Cases

The firm’s staff handles special cases regard-

lice and security forces in disciplinary hearings

Adv. Ofer Bartal –

Graduate Bar Ilan University

Faculty of Law, IBA member since 1995, served

as an Israel Police Prosecutor and Tel Aviv District

police officer for 2 years. In recent years, he has

appeared in large-scale White Collar Offenses

with a high media profile. Mr. Bartal occasionally

publishes professional academic articles. He has

major experience in extradition cases and work

with defense lawyers worldwide in jointly act-

ing for accused and suspects wanted by several

countries. He possesses high security clearance

allowing him to act for the accused requiring

such classification. He is authorized to serve

as a defense attorney in the military court. Adv.

Bartal has lectured in all areas of Criminal Law

throughout the past 20 years. He teaches LL.B.

and LL.M. at Tel Aviv and Bar Ilan Universities,

Netanya College, Shaarei Mishpat, the College

of Academic Management Studies and Kiryat

Ono. He lectures at the Judges Training Institute,

the Prosecutors Training Institute, the Lawyers

Training Institute, the IBA and the Police. Mr. Bar-

tal teaches courses in Criminal Law, Witnesses

Examination, Cultural Protection, White Collar

Offenses, Economic Law and more.

Adv. Dov Gilad Cohen -

Bar Ilan University, Fac-

ulty of Law, Graduate, IBA member since 2005,

Chairman (joint) of the Tel-Aviv District Criminal

Forum, serves as a defense attorney in the mili-

tary court. Specializes in Criminal Law andWhite

Collar Offenses, publishes academic articles in

various legal periodicals, some of which are

quoted and adopted in court rulings and deci-

sions, and lectures at the IBA. In recent years he

mainly dealt with support during questioning and

conducting large-scale fraud, money laundering,

bribery and securities cases, and acting for state

employees in disciplinary proceedings including

those requiring a high security clearance.
