iplomat is a global Sales and Market-
ing company working in the FMCG sec-
tor. From a local company Diplomat has
grown to become a global concern. Its rapid
successful global expansion was facilitated by
Procter&Gamble’s invitation to partner with them.
Diplomat has five fully owned Business Units,
operating in Israel, Georgia, South Africa, Cyprus
and New Zealand. All Business Units began op-
erating as the official and exclusive distributors
of P&G, expanding into other FMCG categories,
such as Food. All Business Units are built on
the proven customer centric strategies, best in
class processes and experience, adapted to the
different market structure and needs, utilizing
the group to leverage the operational and or-
ganizational excellence. Most of the Business
Units use SAP’s business management integra-
tive system, to ensuremaximumefficiency in the
distribution process and resource management.
Diplomat Israel
Diplomat Israel is the leading Sales, Marketing
and Distribution Company in Israel, for Fast-
Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), including Per-
sonal and Household Care, and Food Products.
Since 1968, the company has been exclusively
distributing an impressive portfolio of interna-
tional and domestic brands, while offering the
most advanced processes in supply chain man-
agement, full or partial, by a highly skilled staff
and sophisticated IT and logistic infrastructure,
ensuring the highest quality standards. The dis-
tribution set up covers around 3,000 retail sale
points and about 900 customers in the institu-
tional market (HORECA). Diplomat Israel uses
SAP system and WM software. The company
has one huge distribution center of 30,000
sq.m., located in Airport City, adjacent to Ben-
Gurion Airport and major highways.

Diplomat Georgia
Diplomat Georgia, began operations in 2008,
and has become one of the largest and most
advanced distribution companies in the mar-
ket. The company has two spread out branch-
es, Tbilisi in the East, and Samtredia in the
West. The new distribution center in Tbilisi
opened in 2014 on an area of 10,000 sq.m.
with the highest level of quality. The distribu-
tion layout reaches 7,000 customers directly,
through three different sales channels: Pre-
Sale, Van-Sale and direct sales to the markets.
Diplomat Georgia uses SAP system and WM
software.

Diplomat South Africa
In 2010, Diplomat entered South Africa’s huge
market. The company has four distribution cen-
ters across the country, designed to provide full
coverage of market needs: In Johannesburg, an
advanced logistics center on an area of 10,000
sq.m., another center was inaugurated recently
in Cape Town, on an area of 9,000 sq.m. Other
distribution centers are located in Durban and
Port Elizabeth, total storage capacity of 19,000
pallets. The company currently employs over
1,100 workers. Diplomat South Africa uses SAP
system. The distribution system goes directly
to approximately 33,000 customers - wholesal-
ers and retail, Baby and Department chains, in
urban areas by Pre-Sale, as well as kiosks and
convenience stores in rural areas in the private
sector, by direct sales (Van-Sale).
The company also provides services to pharma-
cies, including 0TC products and department
stores while focusing on providing value added
services to all its customers.

Diplomat Cyprus
On July 2011, Diplomat started operating in Cy-
prus. The company operates through one distri-
bution center located in Nicosia, and reaches
about 1,500 points of sales directly as well as
sub-distributors, to key supermarket chains,
pharmacies and many grocery stores nation-
wide. Diplomat Cyprus’s vision is to further
expand in the market, by offering high quality
standards of service to its customers in order
to become the leading distribution company in
Cyprus.

Diplomat New Zeland
On April 2016 Diplomat started to operate in
NZ as the exclusive distributor for P&G. The
organization has a full local leadership team
aimed to provide high flexibility to customer
needs and ownership of the stores. The sales
team structure is robust in order to build a full
understanding of our customer’s needs, as well
as provide continuous insights and analysis of
each customer. The company covers directly
the Grocery and Pharmacy channels with a
weighted coverage of 85%.
