groups in the import and marketing of
electrical appliances, electronics, LED
lighting and communication products to the B2C

many brands that H.Y. Group markets in the fields
of electronics and electricity are LG, ARISTON,
Bellers, Hisense, Gorenje, ASKO, SanDisk, Sea-
gate and more. The company has more than 400
employees, and its offices are located in Kfar Saba,
with its logistics center located in Airport City.
Marketing Electrical and Electronic Products

The Group imports, markets, distributes and pro-
vides services for leading brands, such as:
• LG– The H.Y. Group is the official Israeli importer
of LG Electronics in screens, audio-video systems
(AV), digital and professional screens, as well as
computer accessories.
• SanDisk – The flash technology storage manu-
facturer – disk-on-key, memory cards for cameras
and mobile devices, MP3 / MP4 music players,
SSD drives and embedded storage components.
• Ariston – An Italian brand andmarket leader for
the production andmarketing of well styled, user-
friendly and efficient household appliances that
place this brand at the forefront of innovation.
• Bellers – An Israeli brand for household electri-
cal products for more than 50 years since it was es-
tablished. Among Bellers-brand products: washing
machines and dryers, dishwashers, ovens, stoves,
refrigerators, and freezers.
• Hisense – A giant Chinese company that manu-
factures household appliances, freezers, refrigera-
tors, and tablets.
• Gorenje – Europe’s leading luxury brand for
household electrical appliances, and has for over
60 years been representing products incorporating
unique and advanced technology alongside excep-
tional and meticulous design by some of the best
top international designers, including Swarovski,
Ora-ito, Karim Rashid, Phillippe Starck, etc.
• ASKO – Swedish luxury brand, with 60 years of
experience, with award-winning designs combined
with advanced technology and smart solutions.
• Seagate – Aworldwide storage solutions leader
of information andmagnetic hard drives. Seagate
manufactures a range of portable drives to end
users and internal drives to industrial consumers,
including SSD and HDD drives with a variety of
storage capacities.
• HGST – Amanufacturer of a wide range of mag-
netic hard disks, SSD’s as well as other storage
solutions. HGST is the world’s leader in the “en-
terprise” sector.
Service and Support by the H.Y. Group
The H.Y. Group perceives warranty support and
excellent service as supreme values. Through H.Y.
Service and Logistics Ltd., the Group operates
an extensive service network for the products it
markets.
The service network includes dozens of qualified
technicians, amain repair laboratory at theGroup’s
logistics center at Airport City, andmany collection
points across the country operating under service
agreements with the company. Additionally, the
company operates a Customer Service Telephone
Center, which is open six days a week. H.Y. Service
and Logistics provides maintenance and repair
services to external entities.
Electronic Components
H.Y. Components Ltd. operates in the Israeli indus-
trial and high-techmarket, and supplies organiza-
tions and companies as the representative of a
variety of leading labels such as: SanDisk OEM,
Hynix, Seiko, Seagate HGST (Hitachi Global Stor-
age Transcend), NDK, Nanya, ATP, SMARTmodular,
SMART HRS APC and more.
In addition, H.Y. Components offers customers
electronic components of three families - active,
passive and electro-mechanical – manufactured
by all of the world’s manufacturers.
The company also offers optimal solutions for
pricing and the quick supply of obsolete items, to
all manufacturers of electronic components.
Retailing in the Cellular Field - Best Mobile
Best-Mobile is the largest private cellular and gad-
gets chain in Israel. Best-Mobile (2011) now has
38 stores nationwide and will open seven more
by the end of 2016. The stores are located in Is-
rael’s leading malls and shopping centers. Best
Mobile is Israel’s only chain store that specializes
in cellular and related products. Its stores offer a
variety of more than 120 cell phones, 5,000 ac-
cessories, and advanced gadgets. The chain has
150 employees.
Lighting Solutions
H. Y. Smart Solutions (2013) provides consumers
with advanced lighting solutions that contribute
to energy and electricity savings. The company
provides a comprehensive and complete response
for various projects in the LED lighting field and
offers its customers a total solution that integrates
project planning and energy efficiency, up to inte-
gration, installation, maintenance and service in
the areas of outdoor lighting, street lighting, and
interior lighting. H.Y. Smart Solutions represents
the world’s leading brands such as LG, Luxtronik,
VIZULO, GRECHI, CGD, Glitter andmore. Its services
provide a comprehensive solution in lighting for
customers from the business, private and public
sectors.
Retailing in the Appliances Field – Shalter
The Shalter Appliances Outlet Chain (2013) sells
electrical appliances manufactured by leading
brands directly to the consumer, which were pre-
viously on display or are from surplus inventory.
Appliances previously on display or that had their
packaging opened and have become surplus im-
ports or are refurbished, carry the full responsibil-
ity of the authorized importer. Sales are made on
“pay and take” basis. The chain offers consumers
appliancesmanufactured by leading brands at low
prices that are notably lower than market prices.
