Shikun & Binui Real Estate Development (RED)

hikun & Binui Real Estate Develop-

ment (RED)

is the international real

estate development arm of Shikun &

Binui Group Ltd. The company operates in cen-

tral and eastern Europe, mainly in the capital

cities of Poland, the Czech Republic, Serbia, Ro-

mania and Hungary. RED operates through local

subsidiaries comprising of highly skilled local

teams, experienced in all fields of real estate

development (engineering, marketing, finance

etc.), as well as a solid acquaintance with the

local markets.

The company specializes in the development

of residential and non-residential projects, in-

tended for sale and/or lease, as well as holds

yielding assets intended to produce rent revenue

and/or improve them by designation change

and/or develop other projects under them.

Since its foundation, Shikun & Binui Real Estate

Development has completed the construction

of over 2,800 residential units. The company is

currently constructing approximately 800 ad-

ditional residential units in five projects. RED

employs approximately 65 employees. The com-

pany’s headquarters are located in Prague, in

the Czech-Republic.

public. A high standard residential neighbor-

hood overlooking the Vltava river is currently

being constructing in the developing Modřany

quarter. The project includes 292 residential

units and a commercial/office building. A large

park and playground will be built in the center

of the project.

Mlody Zoliborz. Warsaw, Poland.

A high qual-

ity project is currently being constructed in the

fast growing Zoliborz quarter of Warsaw, Po-

land. The project includes 383 apartments and

it is located in proximity to many community

services such as kindergartens, schools and

hospitals. The project includes a variety of

apartments for every population sector.

Central Garden. Belgrade, Serbia.

A large-scale

unique project located in the center of Bel-

grade, that includes about 550 apartments,

offices, and commercial spaces. A large park

will be constructed in the center of the project,

as well as two underground parking lots. The

project is located next to several large parks

and community services such as kindergar-

tens, schools and hospitals.

City-Point. Bucharest, Romania.

A residential

neighborhood that includes over 2,000 resi-

dential units. The first phase of the project that

includes approximately 200 residential units is

currently being completed. The project is locat-

ed in sector 1, in an area which is undergoing

a substantial development momentum: office

buildings, a shopping-mall, a metro station

and developed highway infrastructure, a short

ride away from city center and the airport.
