hasSI-OHSAS18001 certification for safety and

struction and infrastructure company, preferred
by numerous public and private developers, pur-
chase groups and international companies.
Construction in Israel and Worldwide
For over 50 years Danya Cebus has built presti-
gious residential neighborhoods gracing Israeli
cities as well as commercial centers, state-of-the-
art offices, factories and national infrastructure
projects - highways, bridges, interchanges, tun-
nels, buildings, and facilities for Israel’s security
forces.
Infrastructures
Danya Cebus has been responsible for delivery of
complex and large infrastructure projects such as:
Highway 431 costing over NIS 2 billion and joint
construction of Highway 6 (Cross-Israel Highway)
costing NIS 1 billion.
The company has planned and built Highway
40, the “Be’er Sheva Bypass” and built rail lines,
the Akko-Karmiel rail tunnel, interchanges and
bridges including the Motza Bridge .
This year, as part of the Tel Aviv Light Rail Red
Line,Danya Cebus won NTA’s tender to build the
city’s Karlebach underground station with the
Chinese partner CCECC and to build the eastern
section of the Red Line including underground
stations and tunnels.
Construction Abroad
Danya Cebus operates in Romania through its
subsidiaryDanya ROM, which develops commer-
cial projects and shoppingmalls, office buildings
and residential projects.
As part of its operations the company has com-
pleted the flagship Cotroceni PalaceMall project
in the Romanian capital Bucharest, the largest
shopping center in Eastern Europe, which was
built in a record 23 months.
In the US, the company constructs residential
buildings through Danya USA.
Danya Cebus continues to develop in overseas
markets and has set up representative offices in
West Africa and the Far East. This year the com-
pany teamed with the Thai real estate developer
MJD and became the first Israeli contracting com-
pany entering the growing constructionmarket in
South East Asia. Together the companies estab-
lished TMDC Construction Co., which will focus
on development of residential and commercial
projects, and through which the partners are
planning to expand and consolidate their op-
erations in the region.
In Russia the company built residential, office
and commercial buildings and the flagship AFI
MALL project loacated at the heart of a successful
business complex.
Residential Development
Danya Cebus operates in the residential develop-
ment sector through its subsidiary, Africa Israel
Residences, which develops and builds hundreds
of apartments annually and is responsible for
buildingmodel neighborhoods such as: Savyonei
Ramat Aviv, Lev Hasavyonim, NeveSavyon, Kiryat
Savyonim, Netzer Sereni, etc. The company is
also active in construction that takes advantage
TAMA 38 earthquake retrofit building rights.
Industrialized Construction
Cebus-Rimon is one of Israel’s largest plants
manufacturing industrialized elements such as:
industrialized elements for construction, external
walls, acoustic walls, supporting walls, beams for
bridges, segments, etc.
Forma – Finishing Works Company
Forma is a unique company specializing in high-
quality finishing works. The company operates in
various fields including: luxury apartments, pres-
ervation projects, offices, hotels, public buildings
and commercial projects.
Geo Danya
A foundation and advanced geotechnical works
company that was established in partnershipwith
a global company, specializing in underground
works such as: piles, slurry walls, etc.
Danya Sela
Danya Sela has been active since September
2014 as a JV between Danya Cebus and “Amar
Brothers ” in supply of concrete pumping ser-
vices. The company is planning to expand its
operations to external lifts services and other
logistic services.
Alum Danya
Alum Danya was established in the summer of
2014 and operates in the field of aluminum.
The company takes advantage of the company’s
existing logistics, procurement, financial strength
and managerial skills as well as its professional
aluminum team.
