of tracks including: marketing as developer,
project management services and urban renewal

Construction Division: Tidhar Construction Ltd.
is a leading contractor in the market, expressed
by the Group’s outstanding core capability of
building projects for Tidhar Investments and other
developers. High capabilities enable the company
to build Israel’s largest and most complex mega-
projects. Tidhar has built over 250 projects in Israel
and abroad completing over 15,000 apartments
and hundreds of thousands of sq.mof commercial
space.
Income-Yielding Properties Division: The Group
owns over 220,000-sq.mof quality income yielding
assets in prime locations in Israel and abroad.
These properties serve as a solid capital base for
the Group, providing steady revenues.
Finishing Work Division: Leads the market in its
own right and is one of the Group’s growth engines.
Specializes in commercial real estate and offers
customers unique tracks and comprehensive
solution packages including coordination, planning
and implementation of all of the building’s systems
and finishing work, to deliver the perfect office.
International Division: Tidhar and its controlling
shareholders operate in Serbia, Bulgaria, the U.S
and Germany, building residential and commercial
projects such as: Air-Port City, Belgrade – a 75,000-
sq.m. employment park of office and commercial
space built with Africa-Israel and awarded Best
Project in Europe in 2006, in the office buildings
category.
