Ashtrom Concessions
The ASHTROMGROUP carries out large scale trans-
port enterprises, public and governmental buildings
and rental housing schemes specializing in P.P.P,
D.B.O.T & P.F.I type concession projects, based on
close cooperation between the private and the pub-
lic sectors and the financing entities. In this context,
the Group is implementing 184 rental accommoda-
tion units and 164 apartments for sale in Haifa.
The Group has also been awarded the Tel Aviv
Gadna Project, containing about 350 housing units
for rental.
Ashtromusually undertakes the planning and con-
struction of those large-scale concession projects,
as well as operation and maintenance throughout
the concession period.
In recent years the Ashtrom Group has completed
the JerusalemLight Rail Project, the CarmelTunnels
and the construction of four courthouses—in Lod,
Petah Tikva, Herzliya and Ashkelon—in addition to
the Bat Yam courthouse project recently awarded.
Ashtrom International Operations
The ASHTROM GROUP has been active for over 45
years in a variety of construction and infrastructure
projects overseas, through subsidiaries incorpo-
rated under Ashtrom International.
Main activities abroad:
Construction & Infrastructure –
Ashtrom has a
wide range of projects in construction of housing,
offices, hotels, hospitals, and public buildings.
The company has also gained experience in large
scale infrastructure projects, such as construction
of highways, bridges, airports and water and sew-
age treatment plants.
In addition to the activities in Jamaica and Nigeria,
Ashtrom will soon begin the construction of some
120 sq.m of housing units and public facilities in
Zambia valued at Nis 780 million.
Residential Development –
Ashtrom is highly active
in entrepreneurship and the development of hous-
ing estates in the USA. Its flagship project is the
Oakhills development inOrlando, Florida, including
land for thousands of residential units, in advanced
stages of development, construction & marketing
of luxury houses & self-building lots.
Ashtrom has also started on a unique housing de-
velopment in Porto, Portugal.
Income Generating Real Estate in Eastern Europe –
Ashtrom is erecting a commercial complex, includ-
ing a mall (approx. 15,000 sq.m. yield bearer floor
space) in the middle of the pedestrian precinct in
central Belgrade, Serbia.
The company also owns and manages several in-
come generating properties in Romania and Bul-
garia, such as the Hali market in Sofia.
Ashtrom Properties
Ashtrom Properties, part of the Ashtrom Group,
traded on Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange (ASPR), leads
in the initiation, procurement andmanagement of
yield bearer properties both in Israel and Germany.
The company procures and develops income gen-
erating properties accommodating, commercial,
industrial & hotels facilities covering a total of
495,000 sq.m. AshtromProperties has a long term
reputation and one of the most stable financial
positions in the sector, providing high quality & ef-
ficient management andmaintenance services for
assets in its possession. The company also holds
investments in the Jerusalem Light Rail Project .

Ashdar – Ashtrom Housing
Ashdar, part of the Ashtrom Group, traded on the
Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (ASDR), is a leading devel-
opment firm engaged in the initiation, develop-
ment, marketing and sale of high-quality residential

units per year and has thousands of units in various
