(ASHG) was founded in 1963, and since then has

been running its subsidiaries in an optimal manner

Excellence in Construction

The ASHTROM GROUP has for over 50 years been

a leader in the construction and real estate fields

and its history is intertwined with the development

of the State of Israel as well as other parts of the

world. In the course of five decades, Ashtrom has

built around 110,000 housing units, some 800,000

sq.m. of commercial areas, offices, hotels and pub-

lic buildings, about 1,500,000 sq.m. of industrial

and business structures, together with national and

international infrastructure mega-projects.

Right from the outset the ASHTROM GROUP has

Ashtrom Construction in Israel

The ASHTROMGROUP operates in Israel directly and

through companies involved in all aspects of con-

struction and infrastructures, holding all required

classifications and possessing financial capabili-

ties for the entire range of such projects. Ashtrom

construction companies adhere to a scale of values

based on a high standard of construction by em-

ploying skilled and professional personnel, with a

firm commitment to meeting budgets and sched-

ules, undivided attention to customer satisfaction,

and strong environmental awareness.

Construction

The Group operates countrywide and via companies

such as Ashtrom Engineering and Construction,

Ashtrom Jerusalem and Ashbat, handling a wide

range of projects including housing developments,

luxury towers, offices, public, commercial and in-

dustrial buildings, hotels and security projects. The

ASHTROMGROUP is a pioneer in industrialized con-

struction in Israel. Its Ashcrete Plants in Ashdod

produce industrialized and complex elements for

a wide range of private and public companies in

the construction and infrastructures fields. The

plants also manufacture transportable structures

and various industrialized elements for M.L.T.,

which specializes in the design and erection of all

types of educational buildings to tight and efficient

schedules. The ASHTROM GROUP also specializes

in complex underground operations through Base-

Pile, which carries out all types of foundation con-

struction and groundwork.

Infrastructures

The ASHTROM GROUP undertakes major land, air

and maritime transport infrastructure projects for

governmental and private entities such as Netivei

Israel, Israel Ports Company, Israel Airports Author-

ity, Israel Railways, Highway 6, local authorities and

B.O.T. projects in all parts of the country.

The ASHTROM GROUP is participating in the con-

struction of the Bay Port in Haifa, with a budget of

some NIS 4 billion.

Through its Drachim subsidiary the Group is laying

the apron and runway system at the new Ramon

Airport in Timna, as well as roads and interchanges

around the country.

Ashtrom Industries, through its subsidiaries, is

engaged in the production, marketing and sale of

specialized raw materials, products and supple-

ments for the construction industries.

Ashtrom delivers to its customers high quality ma-

terials and professional and technical solutions, all

meeting SII standards.
