Selected Projects
Expansion of the Knesset (the Israeli Prliament)
- a DBOT project management for the developer.
Management of the following aspects of the
project on behalf of the developer: planning
management, management of tenders with
contractors and suppliers, quality control and
constructionmanagement, management vis-à-vis
the project directorate, budget control, timetable
management, handling of alterations, filing
claims on behalf of the owner, and delivering
the project. The project is estimated in about NIS
250 million.
Hotzè Israel Highway 6 - a 50 km state-funded
expressway, including interchanges and bridges.
Works in the value of $400 million executed in 2
phases, phase 1 is complete, phase 2 is under
construction, built to the highest standards.
Hospitalization Tower- HadassahMedical Center,
Ein Karem - a new hospitalization 15-story
building, including two intermediary floors for
mechanical and electrical systems. The project’s
scope totaled in NIS 850 million.
Assuta Hospital, Ashdod – Public hospital in
Ashdod including 400 beds, built by Assuta,
including intensive care, general surgery,
maternity, gynecology, pediatrics, urology,
internal medicine and imaging departments. In
the scope of $125 million.
Arena – Sports Stadium Jerusalem – Basketball
stadium of 10,000 seats. The project’s scope
totaled in NIS 280 million.
Semel TLV – 2 residential towers of 50 floors,
660 units, 10,000 sqm commercial, 40,000 sqm
parking. The project’s scope totaled in NIS 900
million.
