company operates in the field of manag-
ing and coordinating planning, managing
the implementation and supervision of large civil
engineering projects for leading companies and in-
stitutions in both construction and infrastructure
and development works. Since its inception, Y.D.
Yarden has gained major experience in coor-
dinating, managing and supervising complex
engineering projects. The company has a ma-
jor reputation with its customers for being the
most professional and reliable. Over the years,
the company has implemented management
of Israel’s most complex projects including the
“Seam Zone” – Israel’s largest infrastructure
project. Yoav Alon and Ofir Bouton managed
sections including 240 kilometers of infrastruc-
tures, roads, tunnels, bridges and walls.

Areas of Activity
Management and Coordination of Planning:
• Coordination with organizations & authorities.
• Verification of implementation and full compari-
son by planning staff, management staff participate
in all planning coordination discussions with the
customer and authority agencies.
• Managing staff in terms of internal coordination of
staff – the projectmanager coordinates the planning
team, setsweeklyworkmeetings, manages planning
and brings completed planning specifications to the
tender.
• Management staff promotes procedures for pre-
paring land examination for the structure of building
and the highways.
• Completion of the planning and design outputs
assignments according to assignment definition and
planning outputs.
• Staff verifies tracking technical specification and
quantity documents.
• Managing risk surveys, the project manager veri-
fies the honesty and trustworthiness of the projects
financial estimates.
Managing and Implementing Supervision
Coordinating and tracking implementation, supervi-
sion on-site, budget monitoring, timetable moni-
toring, quality assurance of work, preparing work
diaries, maintaining the budget framework, identi-
fying and tracking responses to dangers, providing
an accurate report to the customer on the projects
indicators etc.
The firm’s services also include promoting master
plans, promoting outline plans, and detailed urban
construction plans.

The company’s selected projects include: Highway
31 Molda-Shokat, Highway 90, 28km. section be-
tween Tzukim and Ein Yahav, Israel Police station in
Modi’in, moving Sde Dov Airport to Terminal 1, Je-
rusalem’s Chords Bridge, Arnona Place – 120 units,
Ganei Geula – 300 units, YosefTrumpledor Building
luxury accommodation, 90 houses – Moshasv Zo-
har, Harmony Hotel, Mishkanot Ruth Daniel Hotel.
Y.D. Yarden Alon has also managed construction of
hotels, office buildings, homes, public buildings,
clinics, laboratories, emergency rooms, gas systems,
highways, bridges, tunnels and large-scale infra-
structure works.
Outstanding Project:
Chords Bridge – Managing
Implementation for Koor Metals
Chords Bridge in Jerusalem, harp shaped was de-
signed by international architect Dr. Santiago Ca-
latrava, one of the world’s best bridge designers,
responsible for some of the world’s finest suspen-
sion bridges inspired by the verse “praise the harp
and violin” (Psalms 150). Four main types of ma-
terials were used in building the bridge: steel and
concrete for the structure, and stone and glass for
facades and floors. The foundations are comprised
of a deckand the largest structure ismade fromcast-
ing round steel boards that are welded together. The
floor of the pedestrianwalkway on the bridge’s deck
is made of glass layers. The bridge’s mast reaches
118 meters high with 66 chords with a strings tech-
nique creating a feeling of floating and levitation on
a bridge that weighs 4,200 tons.
