Etgar Al Engineering Ltd. deals with man-

ing advanced building methods. Etgar is the engi-
neering branch and a partner of OBS. In this field
Etgar specializes in constructing marine platforms

Ministry of Construction, the Ministry of Defense,
the Ministry of Transportation, the Union of Local

specializes in constructing supervision and control

to the implementation stages. Etgar specializes in
managing, supervising and controlling schedules
for complex projects, and combines engineering
understanding with executive experience and un-
derstandingmanager’s requests to construct smart
effective systems.
Saturated and Boutique Construction for Resi-
dence: Etgar specializes in constructing small
and large scale residential buildings, hundreds of
residential units’ neighborhoods and 7-unit bou-
tique buildings, and emphasizes correct program,
tailored finishes specifications and budget.
Maintenance and Building Management: Etgar
specializes in constructing control and supervi-
sion systems for managing a group of buildings,
including all maintenance elements, and builds a
basic database of all buildings, including all main-
tenance problems, pertaining to electro mechanic
systems that require maintenance.
Entrepreneurship – Management and Execution:
Etgar is experienced in constructing entrepreneur-
ship groups to invest in real estate projects in small
andmediumsizes, combining between asset own-
ers and investors, starting with the concept stage,
up to the realization of the asset, and handles all

both budget and schedules that were defined dur-
ing the business agreement between the parties.
Public Construction: Etgar constructs small and
mediumsized commercial centers, suits thousands
of sq.m. of offices for end users annually, in various
finishing standards, varied according to the clients
wishes, while working in cooperation with interior
designers, and performs additional public work
such as logistic centers and visitor centers.
Infrastructure Work and Neighborhood Construc-
tion (Kibbutz andMoshav Expansions): Etgar spe-
cializes in newneighborhood construction, starting
with ground-works and infrastructure, and up to
paving and gardening, and performs expansions at
settlements, beginning with cooperation and plan-
ning stages to finishing the work. Etgar performs
rehabilitation of existing streets, including all of the
infrastructure and compatibility to houses.
High-Rise Buildings: Etgar specializes in coordinat-
ing, planning and supervising high-rises (20 floors
and up) and has been performing dozens of 20-30
storey buildings.
EntrepreneurshipManagement: Etgar is the entre-
preneur-executive arm for construction projects,
and provides services to entrepreneurs, land own-
ers and investors, prior to purchasing the land to
licensing planning, marketing, banking accompani-
ment, execution and settling-in. Etgar is currently
accompanying several residential constructions
and commercial construction projects, and is the
entrepreneur’s representative, thereby rendering
the entrepreneur the professional peace of mind
pertaining to all aspects of the project.
