Profimex is the cross-border real estate arm
ofBamberger-RosenheimLtd., established
in 1969. Profimex serves high-net-worth
individuals, private and public companies, kib-
butzimand institutional investors, enabling them
to participate in diverse overseas real estate and
renewable energy investments.
The company specializes in investments by join-
ing strategic partners worldwide. Investments
alongside these partners, who maintain vast ex-
perience and proven track records, are structured
to ensure full alignment of interests with its in-
vestors, including success-based compensation
for managers. Profimex focuses on three main
investment strategies: value add, opportunistic
and core assets, which enable its partners to
produce excess returns.
About the Company
Profimex began its activity in 1998, with the
abolition of the Foreign Exchange Regulations.
The company currently serves over 1,600 private
high-net-worth individuals and a variety of insti-
tutional investors such as insurance companies,
pension funds and provident funds. Profimex and
its investors, together with its global JV partners,
have participated in over $45 billion worth of
investments.
The company’s investors enjoy a wide variety of
investments spanning along multiple countries,
sectors, investment strategies and investment
structures. These private equity investments, in
both equity and debt, are carried out through
specific projects, co-investments, joint-ventures,
funds and funds of funds. The founder and man-
ager of the company is Mr. Elchanan Rosenheim,
CPA, who holds a B.A in Economics and Social
Sciences and an MBA. Elchanan Rosenheim has
50 years of experience in senior executive posi-
tions in Israel, the U.S and Canada.
Profimex’s Track Record
Over the past 18 years, together with its investors
and JV global partners, Profimex has invested in
over 3,000 properties and portfolios, including
tens of thousands of multifamily units, through
direct investments, 22 funds and 2 funds of funds,
in 37 countries. Since its inception, Profimex has
earned its investors an Internal Rate of Return (IRR)
reflecting an average annual yield of 12.98%.

Profimex specializes in investments by joining
experienced local partners with proven track re-
cords. The senior managers among Profimex’s
strategic partners havemore than 30 years of aver-
age real estate experience. This is very significant
as it reflects activity through different parts of the
investment cycle and shows that an investment
with a local, experienced partner, improves the
risk/return factor. The company chooses its part-
ners, with sectorial and geographical expertise,
meticulously.
