at Davis, Polk &Wardwell NY. Earned his LL.B. from
Tel AvivUniversity (cum laude), LL.M. and Ph.D. (Tax)
fromNewYorkUniversity. Dr.Shenhav also leads the
Law Firms’ and Accounting Firms’ Committee of the
Israeli Advanced Technology Industries (IATI).
Tal Danon Shenhav - Managing Partner, special-
izing in project financing, infrastructure projects,
energy and high-tech. Served as legal advisor to
Israel’s Economic Delegation in New York and as
an associate at Weil, Gotshal and Manges LLP NY.
Earned her LL.B. and LL.M. (cum laude) from Tel
Aviv University, in collaboration with University of
California, Berkeley).
Oren Biran – Partner, specializing in taxation and
formation of funds. Earned his LL.B. and LL.M. from
Bar Ilan University, as well as an LL.M. (in Tax) from
the University of Florida.
