The Commercial Practice: The Firm represents
leading companies and investment funds on
a wide array of commercial transactions, in-
cluding mergers and acquisitions, investment
transactions and advises clients on business
activities worldwide. Adv. Gidon Weinstock
and Micki Shapira head this practice and their
expertise is widely acknowledged, including
by local and international legal expert guides.
The International Commercial Practice: Our
firm specializes in providing counsel to Is-
raeli clients in their business activity abroad,
and to foreign clients in their business activ-
ity in Israel. The Firm has unique expertise
and profound knowledge in business activi-
ties as well as vast networks and contacts in
China that assist in representing clients in the
insurance, retail, industry, advertising, infra-
structure, finance and real estate fields. Adv.

The Antitrust Practice: The Firm provides on-
going legal advice in the field of antitrust to

instances and tribunals, including criminal
proceedings, class actions, governmental
agencies and proceedings before the Antitrust

The BOT and Project Finance Practice: The
Firm specializes in providing comprehensive
legal services for BOT projects and project fi-
nancing. The Firm provides clients legal servic-
es at all stages (pre-qualification, tender and
financial closing) of the project. The Firm is
involved in various infrastructure projects, in-
cluding transportation (roads and rails), water
(desalination, filtration and treatment facili-
ties and other water treatment and water sys-
tems), energy (gas, power, and wind energy
