Every year, our firm handles dozens of creditor
protection proceedings and corporate recover-
ies, and provides legal advice to various public
companies regarding settlements with debenture
holders. The firm’s success in handling some of
the market’s most complex creditor agreements
enables our clients to successfully work through
recovery proceedings. These companies then
continue and remain our clients in accordance
with services related to litigation, real-estate, ac-
quisitions, mergers, and transactions.
Our firm can take credit for “mega”-scale creditor
protection proceedings and creditor settlements
for some of the largest concerns and corpora-
tions in the Israeli economy. The firm’s team has
initiated and implemented complex and creative
creditor settlements, leading companies through
complete rehabilitation and a return to full activ-
ity. Thus, at the close of 2009, and as a result of
the scale and quality of the work, the Israeli lead-
ing economic newspaper “The Marker” named

Insolvency, Receiverships, and Liquidations.
Companies and Corporations – The firm has ex-
perience and expertise in all aspects of corpo-
rate law, and provides legal services in all areas
required by public and private companies. The
firm represents some of the leading companies
in the Israeli economy, in the fields of industry,
trade, communications, food, and logistics.
Mergers and Acquisitions – The firm has led a
large number of mergers and acquisitions with
value of hundreds of millions of shekels. The firm
has extensive experience in this field, starting
from locating financing sources, through con-
ducting negotiations, tax planning and receipt
of required regulatory permits for the comple-
tion of the transaction. In addition to personal
and ongoing guidance of the transaction, our
service includes due diligence and drafting of all

including debt settlements for private, as well
as public companies which maintain debenture
holders. The firm handles a large proportion- of
the cases in this field. Corporate rehabilitation is
a field that integrates legal and business com-

the field, hold broad knowledge and a deep
understanding in both of these areas, as well as
in the interplay between them.
Company Liquidations – The firm also special-
