About the Partners
Gadiel Blusztein, Adv. – LL.B., Faculty of Law, Tel
Aviv University. Member of the Israel Bar since
1985. Specializes in commercial law, corporate
law, international transactions, commercial liti-
gation, capital markets, renewable energy, real
estate (and urban renewal) and labor law. Pos-
sesses a broad business vision, and has vast
experience with complex negotiations and the
handling of commercial transactions in Israel and
abroad. Blusztein is a founder of the Israel-Aus-
tria Chamber of Commerce and has wide-ranging
connections in Austria, Italy, the Czech Republic
and Spain.
Dr. Roy Bar-Kahan, Adv. – LL.B. LL.M. and J.S.D.
from the Faculty of Law, Tel Aviv University. An
expert in litigation and advising companies
and individuals in commercial law, contract
law, corporate law, guarantees, banking, real
estate transactions, liquidations and receiver-
ship, creditor settlements, bankruptcies and
labor law. Dr. Bar-Kahan lectures at Tel Aviv Uni-
versity, Bar-Ilan University, the Interdisciplinary
Center, Herzliya and the College of Management;
he also lectures to the Institute for Advanced
Judicial Studies, the Institute for Advanced Legal
Studies, and the Israel Bar. He is a Mediator
and a member of the Israeli Arbitration Institute.
Author of the books Guarantees, and Guarantor
Protection Laws, and of many legal articles. An
Israel Bar member since 1994.
Israel Zigenlaub, Adv. – LL.B. (cum laude), Faculty
ofLaw, Bar-IlanUniversity; interned attheSupreme
Court. Member of Israel Bar since 2000. A former
lecture on contract law and the author of articles
in legal periodicals. Specializes in commercial liti-
gation in contract, corporate, administrative and
constitutional law, real estate and tenders. Is an
expert negotiator who has handled a wide range
of commercial negotiations, including with admin-
istrative and regulatory authorities. Has particular
expertise in energy and infrastructures.
Amit Briger, Adv. – LL.B., Faculty of Law, Tel Aviv
University. Member of Israel Bar since 2003. Spe-
cializes in commercial litigation in contract, cor-
porate, administrative and labor law. Has handled
complex negotiations relating tomergers, partner-
ship agreements and other deals.
Ido Frishta, Adv. –LL.B. and BA in business admin-
istration from the Interdisciplinary Center, Herzliya.
Member of Israel Bar since 2005. Specializes in
commercial litigation in contract, corporate, ad-
ministrative and labor law and is involved inmany
complex negotiations and transactions. Provides
legal counsel to start-up companies.
Gitit rosenfeld Berger, Adv. – LL.B., Faculty of
Law, Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Member of
Israel Bar since 2007. Specializes in commercial
litigation in contract, corporate, energy and ad-
ministrative and constitutional law, real estate
and tenders; and handles commercial transac-
tions. Has particular expertise in energy and
