founded in 2006 by lawyers who pre-

viously worked at London ‘Magic Cir-

cle’ and top US and UK firms. Through organic

CLIENT SERVICES

Corporate and M&A -

We advise on complex

M&A and investment transactions across vari-

ous sectors. Our experience covers a wide array

of transactions, including share sales, asset

sales, takeovers, leveraged and management

buyouts, joint-ventures and reorganisations. In

addition, the firm has substantial experience

advising issuers and underwriters on a wide ar-

ray of listings, offerings and placements, rights

issues, and buy-backs carried out in Israel or

by Israeli issuers abroad.

Finance and banking -

We have gained exten-

sive experience advising on a broad range of

financing transactions, including syndicated

loans, acquisition finance, leveraged finance,

structured finance, asset finance, trade and

export finance, real estate finance and restruc-

turing and insolvency situations.

Energy and infrastructure -

Combining our ex-

pertise in the fields of finance, corporate, regu-

lation and real estate, we offer comprehensive

advice in relation to the most complex energy

and infrastructure projects, including private

commercial projects, governmental conces-

sion-based projects and privatisation projects.

natural gas and greenhouse gas trading.

Real estate and urban renewal

real estate transaction, including acquisition of

portfolios and of specific assets, urban renew-

Dispute resolution -

and individual clients in a wide variety of

complex litigation, arbitration and mediation

proceedings which involve shareholders dis-

putes, securities disputes, commercial dis-

putes, contract disputes, contract disputes,

employment disputes, administrative disputes,

international arbitration and international me-

diation. We have a unique expertise in relation

to dispute resolution proceeding which involve

international aspects.

Employment law -

We have extensive experi-

ence advising international and Israeli corpo-

rations on a wide range of Israeli employment

law and employment-related matters, includ-

ing employment and consultancy agreements,

compensation and incentive plans, pension

arrangements, severance arrangements, col-

lective and union relations, and non-compete,

non-solicitation, confidentiality and intellec-

tual property arrangements.
