The litigation department headed by Advs. Ron
Berkman and Ofir Bloom, specializes in handling
large-scale, complex, high profile litigation, in all
civil-commercial litigation channels, and is one
of the leading firms in Israel in the handling of
these types of cases. Among the litigation depart-
ment’s clients are public and private entities, hi-
tech companies, banks and financial institutions,
companies in the cellular communications field,

The firm’s real estate department, headed by
managing partner, Adv. Ari Wechsler, represents
leading construction firms and investors, entrepre-
neurs, commercial companies and private capital
holders in complex real estate transactions of a
broad scope, in Israel and abroad. Over the last
several years, the activities of the firm’s real estate
department have earned, and continue to earn,
recognition from local and international ranking
guides which rated the firm as one of the lead-
ing law firms in Israel in the real estate field. The
department specializes in handling transactions
relating to income-yielding property, purchase and
sale of lands at various stages of planning, transac-
tions involving land purchases fromgovernmental
authorities through tenders and the development
