vices in the field of tenders – from supporting
the client in the formulation stage of the tender,
providing legal counsel on the legality of the ten-
ders and other relevant issues, and supporting
the actual implementation of the tender. The firm
was a party to the formulation of a unique tender,
one of the first of its kind in Israel, which had ma-
jor national significance and financial value. The
firm also represents public bodies and handles
the implementation of tenders including complex
contracting work.
