including installation of software and data base
management infrastructures. The service includes
inventory management, control & supervision,
managing systems performance, capacity plan-

vides computer solutions including: Intel servers
made by Dell, HP, Unix systems made by Oracle
(SAP) and more.
Information Availability:
Team Netcom’s Division
specializes in all stages of DRP projects from the
planning & defining phase through the entire
lifespan of the project to application, installing
and operation. The Division offers maximum
availability to critical computer systems to en-
able optimal output for an organization’s com-
puter infrastructures and information systems. The
Division also provides solutions enabling rapid
recovery time of infrastructure systems, back-up
between systems, reducing upgrading times to a
minimum, and high level availability.
Expert Services & Infrastructure Projects:
Team
Netcom’s Home Expert Services Team (EST) Divi-
sion specializes in consultancy, defining, plan-
ning, implementing and managing infrastructure
software solutions for the Wintel software infra-
structure organizational computer environment,
specializing in Microsoft BackOffice and comple-
mentary tools for the platform. The EST has fruitful
strategic cooperation with Microsoft, NetApp, CA,
Symantech, VMware - with the highest level of
communications and has a large number of autho-
rized support engineers with Gold authorization
from the highest level manufacturers.

Malam systems has the largest
and most diverse technology center in the Israeli
