Cloud Services – as one of Israel’s pioneers in

VoIP and Hosted PBX – KMT provides managed

enterprise customers, including multinational

licensed as a telephony service provider by the
Israeli Ministry of Communications. Proven VoIP
services from KMT reduce customers’ requirement
to purchase, maintain and upgrade telephony

Skype for Business – KMT was chosen by
Microsoft as a global launch partner for Hosted
Skype for Business, Microsoft’s cloud-based

inbound and outbound calls, virtual meetings,

presence. Hosted andmanaged by KMT on its own,
resilient cloud infrastructure, Skype for Business
meets users’ need for mobility, enabling calls from
any network-connected device, from any location,
and automatically adapts voice quality to network
conditions.
Outsourced Technical Support – KMT’s skilled
engineers provide expert IT support for customers’
systems and infrastructure. KMT is the local Israel
partner for global IT services organizations,
delivering technical support to some of the world’s
best-known companies, including AIG, Deutsche
Bank, VISA and more. KMT engineers are vendor-
certified in a broad spectrum of systems including
infrastructure, networking, virtualization, storage,
cloud, VoIP, cybersecurity, server hardware,
helpdesk operations and end-user support. KMT
Technical Support Plans are customized to each
