B.O.T. / P.F.I. Infrastructure and Projects – the
Firm is a leading firm in the field of project finance
and infrastructure projects in Israel as well as in
Europe. For years the Firm has dealt with the full
range of legal aspects of many of the major infra-
structure projects in Israel, including the IDF Train-
ing center in the Negev (Training base city) – the
largest infrastructure project in the history of the
state of Israel, as well as accompanying the Cross
Israel Highway, Route 431, the Fast Lane at the en-
trance to Tel Aviv, the largest independent power
stations in Israel, desalination plants, the Jerusa-
lem Light Rail, the Tel Aviv Light Rail train project
and numerous renewable energy projects.
Real estate – the Firm is consistently ranked as
one of the leading law firms in Israel in the real
estate field. The Firmput its extensive experience
and legal savvy in this field at the disposal of lo-
