Commercial Litigation:

other telecommunication issues, public ten-

agreements, financing agreements and entrepre-

in a large number of M&As, including some of the

largest transactions conducted in Israel.

Project Finance:

EBN is the preeminent lawfirm for

project development and project finance transac-

on complex, pathfinder and large scale projects.

Energy and Infrastructure:

EBN is widely recog-
