in 1990, and has since rapidly expanded
to become one of themost highly regarded
law firms in Israel. The firm is located in Tel Aviv
and is currently comprised of approximately 65
attorneys and legal clerks. The firm enjoys an ex-
tensive network of contacts and legal correspon-
dents, in Israel and abroad, which allows the firm

tions and cases in Israel. Adv. Yoram Raved was
a member of the “farm team”, comprising of the
closest advisors to the late PrimeMinister of Israel,
Mr. Ariel Sharon, and at the request of Mr. Sharon,
acted as the chairman of the negotiation team ap-
pointed on 2004 for the establishment of the gov-
ernmental coalition and thereafter incorporated

The firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate
Department represents some of Israel’s major

porate law, including complex mergers & acquisi-
tions. The firm is well known for its involvement in
cross-borders mergers & acquisitions, as well as
reorganizations of some of the largest Israeli con-
glomerates, and serves as leading legal counsel in
mergers between large publicly-traded companies
and technology and real estate corporations.
Securities
The firm’sSecurities Department represents some
of Israel’s major public and private companies in
connectionwith all aspects of corporate law, world-
wide commercial transactions and securities law,
as well as the Israeli Securities Authority and the
Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, and securities reporting
requirements in Israel and abroad. The firm rep-
resents issuers on a variety of public and private
offerings, in Israel as well as in foreign security
markets.
Litigation & Arbitration
The firm’s Litigation & Arbitration Department has
become one of the foremost litigation practices in
Israel, and counsels its domestic and international
clients throughout various kinds of disputes, be-
fore all courts and tribunals, including international
disputes involving foreign tribunals. In addition to
its commercial and civil oriented wide experience,
including commercial disputes, corporate and se-
curities related litigation and class actions, the firm
has extensive experience in white collar crimes,
antitrust issues administrative law and disputes
involving intellectual property rights. Our litigation

The firm’s Hi-Tech & Venture Capital Department
represents a various range of technology compa-
nies in the fields of healthcare, biotechnology,
Internet, consumer products and information
technology, as well as some of Israel’s leading
technology investment companies and organiza-
tions. The firmhas broad experience in negotiating
and drafting of licenses, technology, joint venture
and OEMagreements, as well as in the representa-
tion of local and foreign venture capital funds and
investment companies in all stages of their equity/
debt investments.
Infrastructure, Project Finance & Banking
The areas of infrastructure, project finance and
banking are also amongst the areas of expertise
developed by the firm, which counsels clients
in bidding for the construction and operation of
various power and desalination plants, including
the first desalination plant in Israel and one of
the largest of its kind in the world, and securing
project financing arrangements. In addition, our
