This partnership has been ongoing for 15 years.
The firm’s branches which are located in Boston,
New York and Washington DC, count over 200
Israeli and American lawyerswho are experienced
and informed in both the Israeli and the US legal
systems and in operating in the local business en-
vironment. In recent years, the firmaccompanied
a large number of recruitments and offerings for
Israeli and American companies, in the Tel Aviv
Stock Exchange as well as in NASDAQ.
