the electricity works, energy and infrastructure
sector. The company has been traded on the
Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) since 1995 and is
the parent company of Inter-Electric Installations
(1983) Ltd., founded in 1973. The company has
extensive experience in the field of electricity and

Inter-Electric Installations (1983) Ltd.
Operates in the energy and infrastructures and is
one of the most veteran and experienced in the
sector. The company’s major customers are com-
panies, entrepreneurs and large, governmental and
private organizations that establish industrial and
infrastructure projects in Israel and abroad.
The company specializes in medium and large
projects. The company implements high, medium,
and low voltage electrical works, command and
control systems, instrumentation, external and

The company imports, assembles and markets
Schneider Electric medium voltage boards up to

companies, kibbutzim and factories including the
Hadera desalination plant, Strauss factory, Tnuva

operates through several subsidiaries and units.
Inter Electro-Mechanical Systems Ltd. – Pro-
vides comprehensive solutions for overall work
in the electro-mechanical sector in electricity, air-
conditioning, plumbing, sanitary work, and fire
extinguishing, while fully integrating areas and
providing customers an overall solution. The com-
pany implements projects in high-rise and public
buildings, andmore.The company has experienced
managers and employees with dozens of years of
experience. Inter-electricSystems has 100 employ-
ees with most of the managers and workers from
Dalkia Energy & Services Ltd. The company has
senior engineering staff, project managers, works
managers, technicians, and experienced workers

Steinitz Lirad Lighting Engineering Ltd. – Provides

outdoor lighting and designed supports. Repre-
sents the leading lighting companies: Unilamp,
Thorn, Aldabra, Fagerhult, KimLighting, LED Linear
and more. The company has a skilled and profes-
sional staff which allows a tailored match of prod-
ucts to the project specifications. The company has
a logistics center and a plant for the manufacture
and assembly of lighting in Nazareth Illit.
Ambel Electrical Engineering Ltd. – Imports and
markets ducts and ladders for cables, lightning and
over-tension protection equipment, fireproof office
ducts and insulation materials. The company ex-
clusively represents German Co. OBO-Bettermann.
The company also imports, markets and distributes
combined electrical communications installations
(formerly M.D.E. Import and Marketing).
Inter-Enerlec Ltd. – Provides infrastructures, prod-
ucts, services and maintenance work in the high
tension sector. Services for transformers include
high tension and very high tension transformers,
boards run by high tension and high tension lines.
Services include routine checks, repairing faults,
changing defective equipment, calibrating relay
protectors, handling underground breakdowns,
and aerial lines, providing laboratory reports about
electromagnetic radiation.
Etalon Engineering Projects –Contractor for imple-
menting civil engineering projects with ISO 9000
certification focusing on performing construction
contracts for companies government and private
companies. The company implements complex
projects including public buildings such as Tel Aviv
Cultural Auditorium, Hiriya Park, kindergartens,
hospital departments, clinics etc. Each project is
managed by skilled management staff.
