Excellence Nessuah is one of Israel’s
largest investment houses and a pri-
vate company, which recently stopped
trading its shares on the stock exchange, and
offers a broad range of financial services and
products. Excellence Nessuah Group encom-
passes a cluster of subsidiaries and enterprises
engaged in managing assets over the short and
long term as well as diverse financial services.
The Group serves both private individuals and
institutional clients in Israel and overseas.
As of 31.03.16, the Group managed about NIS
79.2 billion in financial assets. The company
has over 600 employees in six profit centers,
and has hundreds of thousands of customers.
Over the years, Excellence has nurtured the con-
nection with the various distribution channels
and strived to put the customer at the center of
activities. Within the framework of its principle
of placing the customer at the center of opera-
tions, Excellence Nessuah has installed an
advanced CRM system, set up service support

programs for its clientele.

Activities on the Capital Market
Excellence Nessuah provides clients with the
widest range of activities on Israel’s capital
market:
Long-Term Savings - Management of 37 provi-
dent funds, advanced study funds, central
compensation funds. Assets in this activ-
ity amounted to about NIS 22.5 billion (as of
31.03.16).
Investment Portfolio Management
Excellence Nessuah manages investment port-
folios for its customers in Israel and abroad.
Assets in this activity amounted to about NIS
10.1 billion (as of 31.03.16).
Mutual Fund Management
Excellence manages over 100 mutual funds
in a range of investment channels: bonds op-
tions, corporate bonds, Israeli stocks, and
overseas investment options. Assets in this
activity amounted to about NIS 19.7 billion
(as of 31.03.16).
Exchange Traded Funds Management
Excellence Nessuah’s Kesem manages over
199 Exchange Traded Funds based on shares
indices, bonds, commodities, and currencies
in Israel and worldwide. Assets in this activ-
ity amounted to about NIS 28.5 billion (as of
31.5.16).
Commercial Brokerage Services
Excellence Nessuah Brokerage Services ren-
ders investment marketing services as well as
trading services in Israel and overseas, to both
local and foreign clients from the private and
business sectors. The company has over 100
institutional clients representing the Israeli In-
stitutional Market, including top tier executives
from all over the world. The company renders its
services in Israel and abroad to thousands of
independent clients, as well as offers its clients
with a variety of complementary products, such
as providing deposits services for local and for-
eign currency, both for short and long-term, and
providing credit for securities trading.
Underwriting and Raising Capital Services
Excellence Nessuah Underwriting Ltd. offers
underwriting, management, consultancy, and
distribution services for public and private
offerings in Israel, including distribution of
tradeable securities and their management,
brokering and consultancy for companies in
securities transactions; investment banking in-
cluding brokering and consultancy for financing
transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and
raising capital for investment funds.
Excellence Nessuah Underwriting is an inte-
gral part of the business sector and conducts
intensive contacts with a broad range of pub-
lic and private companies engaged in a range
of activities across all sectors, and conducts
day-to-day work contacts with the institutional
market and other organizations operating in
the capital market.
Savings Policy “Excellence Invest” in coopera-
tion with the Phoenix Company
Excellence Invest provides service regarding
finance administration, in a range of invest-
ment tracks, while fully tailoring it to the type
of investment.
ESOP
A trust company by Excellence, specializes
in Management of trusteeship and operating
options plans, Mergers and Acquisitions (M &
A) and Source Code (Escrow to Source Code).
Among ESOP clients are public and private
companies worldwide.
Mortgage Consultancy
Professional counsel and guidance to accom-
pany mortgage purchasing groups, for taking a
new mortgage and recycling existing mortgages
for private clients.

Activities for the Community
Each year, Excellence Nessuah contributes for
the benefit of the community in Israel. Volun-
tary activities include different activities for
youth-at-risk and voluntary work for families in
need along financial contributions to different
