ers, mutual funds and alternative investment
channels, as a boutique firm. More is known for

The company also manages portfolios in foreign

Portfolio Management
The firmbelieves that proper portfoliomanagement
requires profound understanding of underlying pro-
cesses, and ability to make responsible and good
decisions. To attain this objective, investment and
research managers constantly review and analyze
the macro environment, using complex decision
support systems. Based on the professional de-
cisions made, as well as the clients’ investment
considerations, the firm ensures a balanced ex-
posure to the capital market, while incorporating
specific, carefully selected assets. The exposure is
performed via an investment in tradable and liquid
underlying assets, such as bonds, with a high rat-
ing or a specific stock index. The investment and
researchmanagers incorporate stocks or corporate
bonds that will yield, in their opinion, a significantly
excess return over the relevant market indices.
Mutual Funds
More’s mutual funds are classified in several cat-
egories to offer diverse quality products while pro-
viding professional and dynamicmanagement. The
funds’ investment managers, who are licensed to
manage portfolios by the Israel Securities Author-
ity, are entrusted with the responsibility of manag-
ing the investments based on in-house developed
models and different business evaluations. Mutual
funds are managed under the supervision of the
Israel Securities Authority and the Funds Trustee.
The investment in a tax-exempt mutual fund has
advantages over time, since the tax is paid only
on the date of distribution. A further advantage
is that the fund’s assets are usually invested in
many different securities, allowing a spread of risks
that lowers risk levels. The investor may also pur-
chase or sell units on any trading day of the fund.
Usually, there is no commission on purchasing or
sellingmutual funds. Themutual fund ismanaged
by the fund manager and operates according to a
prospectus that specifies the fund’s details, and
is published at the Electronic Proper Disclosure
System. Every investor is entitled to purchase or
redeem participation units, according to the price
of purchase or redemption published at the end of
the fund trading day.

More Capital Markets provides alternative invest-
ment management services as private investment
funds (hedge funds). The company also renders
complementary products for private clients, insti-
tutional bodies, associations, corporations and
public companies and engages in several business
activities, includingmanagement and operation of
hedge funds, under the “More Alternative Invest-
ments” partnership. The hedge funds are designed
for institutional investors, accredited investors
and private investors, who are interested in me-
dium and long term investments yielding returns
regardless of market behavior. The firm initiates
and performs large scale (blocks) transactions for
interested parties and real investors in public com-
panies, providing services such as securities data
dissemination and collection and identification
and entrepreneurship of investments. The com-
pany also specializes in raising capital from insti-
tutional and private investors and provides M&A
consulting services. The company is highly involved
in Israel’s capital market and has built an extensive
networkof contacts in Israel and abroad. Business
activity includes specialization in in-depth finan-
cial planning to meet the company and investors’
needs and provide long term support.
