Anita Leviant - CEO and Managing Partner
Ms. Leviant brings more than 20 years of experi-
ence in overseas capital markets. Her interna-
tional experience, knowledge and proficiency
enable a deep understanding across cultures,
offering added value for LAGC clients.
As the former Hapoalim EVP General Global
Counsel and Deputy Head of Hapoalim Eu-
rope, she led complex projects in Israel and
overseas. These include setting up the U.S
Signature Bank, its listing, IPO and successful
issues on the NASDAQ, LSE listing of Hapoalim,
GMTN program, M&As, the establishment of
rep-offices and the Ireland and U.K based As-
set Management companies. She, led finan-
cial transactions in Europe and the U.S, was
involved in financial legislation initiatives in-
cluding netting and derivatives and provided
regulatory support for the global expansions.
She led Hapoalim Hybrid tier1 capital issues
followed by IDB BANK and consulted London
IPOs including the Brack Capital IPO in the Lon-
don Main Market.
Ms. Leviant is a member of the Israel and NY
Bars, is a Consultant at Strikovsky, Gal, & Co.
Law Offices (SGB) in the areas of Corporate,
Banking, Capital Market, Finance and Interna-
tional Agreements, a co-founder of the Israel
CADR and SCAI- CADR in Switzerland and a Di-
rector of a NYSE and Tel Aviv Stock Exchange
listed company.
Ms. Leviant is the President of the Israel-British
Chamber of Commerce.
