ellcom Group, founded in 1994, is one of
the leading communication groups in Is-
rael and the largest cellular operator among
them. In 2011 Cellcom acquired “Netvision 013”
company, the most longstanding internet and in-
ternational calls provider in Israel.
In December 2014 Cellcom launched the Cellcom
TV television services and during 2015 began to
offer its clients internet infrastructure within the
communication’s market reform.

the largest in Israel, prepared to provide fast im-
mediate service and provides information regard-
ing the account and the device, clear operating
instructions, financial information regarding the
customer and technical support services for cus-
tomers, among others. The customer service depart-
ment maintains a designated center for the hearing
impaired.
• An advanced internet website that includes a
varied selection of self-service actions and compre-
hensive information pertaining to the customer’s ac-
count, support for operating devices and operating
various services, on any screen, anywhere. In addi-
tion, Cellcomhas an internet website for marketing
and sales of Cellcom TV services.
• A chat with the support and service representa-
tives, regarding all support issues, at the company’s
website.

text messages, regarding any matter, at the utmost
convenience.
• Nationwide sales stores that provide the com-
pany’s customers with cellular devices, tablets and
accessories.
• The sales and service points offer a wide-ranging

repair services, accessories and upgrades.
• “Personal Cellcom” application that enables the
group’s cellular customers to performmany actions
independently, beginning with financial actions and
up to ordering international services.

in December 2014 Cellcom Group
launched its innovative television service – Cellcom
TV. The service presents a contemporary, innova-
tive and affordable alternative for its customers.
The service includes a smart converter that also
records, a HD quality built in streamer and a large
updated selection of the world’s leading content.
The television service is offered to customers at NIS
99 per month.
Recently, Israel’s leading sports channels were
added to this product, such as sport 5, sport 5 HD,
55 plus live and gold 5.

The best triple offer in Israel –
launching the television service and opening the
market enabled Cellcom Group to offer the com-
munication packages in combined “CellcomTriple”
packages, include CellcomTV television services, an
internet connection (both provider and infrastruc-
ture) and a landline, at the most valuable rates.
