Besadno Group
B esadno is an Israeli-American invest-
ment group, investing in selected inno-
vative ventures. The Group consists of
a multidisciplinary expert team of businessman,
analysts, financial, legal advisors and more. The
teammembers cooperate to identify investment

• Eliezer Gross, Chairman. Has more than 30
years of business entrepreneurship experi-
ence in the US, Europe, the Far East and Is-
rael. Mr. Gross has a vast commercial network
of contacts and extensive experience in devel-
oping companies and executing international
transactions.
• Cobi Bitton (M.B.A.), CEO. A senior business
expert who served for more than 20 years as
a business development consultant for com-
panies and entrepreneurs in Israel and in the
Americas, East Asia and more.
• Shmulik Angel ., M.B.A.), Projects In-
vestments Officer. Former CEO of Symantec,
Israel. He is a Colonel (Res.) in the IAF with
over 15 years of experience in management
and business development of high-tech and
start-up companies.

• SkySaver: A com-
pany established
and accompanied
by Besadno, with a flagship product sold
in dozens of countries – a unique kit for a
safe, simple and fast self-rescue from high-
rise buildings in emergencies, developed in
coordination with IDF and US police and fire-
fighting experts.
• Urban: A company led
by two former Israeli
Airforce chiefs, with Be-
sadno holding some of the shares. The “Air-
Mule” helicopter it develops has high-mobility
through urban and dense areas and is used
for defense and logistical needs.
• Nadlan Plus: An invest-
ment fund with a unique
mix – Approx. 70% in various real estate
projects in Israel and abroad and 30% in
high-tech ventures.
• B-Seed: Besadno’s US
branch – An investment
and entrepreneurship
company developing ventures from the US
and Israel with the assistance of American
investors. B-Seed grows young companies in
the international arena and enables US cus-
tomers to benefit from Israeli developments.
